Automatic speed control devices should be installed in cars to force motorists to stick to speed limits, an influential pressure group recommended today.

The Commission for Integrated Transport (CfIT), a government transport advisory group, said that up to 29 per cent of injury accidents on the road could be prevented by the voluntary introduction of intelligent speed adaption (ISA).

The system, which the report recommended drivers installing on a voluntary and not compulsory basis, would automatically slow a car down to within the limit for the individual road on which it is being driven.

However opponents of the report, co-written by the pressure-group Motorists Forum, claimed the idea was dangerous as drivers would enter “zombie” mode, where they fail to pay proper attention to road conditions.

“The medical cartel, at the highest level, is not out to help people, it is out to harm them, to weaken them. To kill them. At one point in my career, I had a long conversation with a man who occupied a high government position in an African nation. He told me that he was well aware of this. He told me that WHO is a front for these depopulation interests.”

Some celebrate the holidays with giving and fellowship; making up for the rest of the year when they can’t see the profit in it or it involves that extra effort that is better spent sitting on one’s ass and being entertained in lieu of an existence. Some opt for the religious angle and enjoy recreations of events for which no historical data exists. Some opt for the spiritual and we have no way of knowing what they are doing. Some look at it as an excuse to be more lubricated than usual and for some it is an opportunity to be more depressed than usual and some… some like to war on their neighbors because that is how they celebrate their holy days. Chief among the latter is the serial killer, theme park known as Israel.

Just as they attacked the U.S.S. Liberty in an attempt to provoke a war between The U.S. and the U.S.S.R. by way of Egypt and just as they used their control of the world press to give the im’press’ion that Lebanon kidnapped their soldiers on Israeli soil when they were actually captured well into Lebanon and… conveniently had all their forces mustered on the border and just as they bombed the King David Hotel and orchestrated the 9/11 attacks, they are now showing their holiday spirit bombing the shit out of the people they have been starving to death in Palestine based on rather crude evidence of Hamas related rocket attacks; this would be almost funny if it weren’t so sick. Of course, the one who violated the cease fire was Israel.

What is the definition of a Conspiracy Theory? Wikipedia definition here, Another definition of “Conspiracy Theory” from Webster’s Online Dictionary:
” A conspiracy theory is the belief that historical or current events are the result of manipulations by one or more secretive powers or conspiracies.”

Where on Earth might one hear of such a paranoid idea? How about from President John F. Kennedy?

Or how about President Eisenhower? Watch this segment of the entire Eisenhower farewell below:

It is regarded as an oasis of calm and tranquility, and the nation’s capital for alternative health therapies and spiritual healing remedies.

But now the residents of Glastonbury, which has long been a favoured destination for pilgrims, are at the centre of a bitter row in which many blame the town’s new wireless computer network - known as wi-fi - for a spate of health problems.

Some healers even hold that electro-magnetic fields (EMFs) generated by the wi-fi system are responsible for upsetting positive energy fields of the body, which are known as chakras, and positive energy fields of the earth, which are known as ley lines.

There are now calls for the project, the first of its kind in Britain, to be “unplugged” and for wi-fi masts in the centre of the Somerset market town to be removed just seven months into its experimental run.

Meanwhile soothsayers, astrologers and other opponents of the wi-fi system have resorted to an alternative technology - known as “orgone” - to combat the alleged negative effects of the high-tech system.

In May, Glastonbury - which has a population of 9,000 and which lends its name to the country’s largest rock festival, staged on a farm six miles outside the town - became the first place in the country to have a free wi-fi network installed in its town centre. The £34,000 project is financed by county council and regional development agency funding,

At a public meeting to discuss alleged health problems in the Somerset town, residents complained of numerous symptoms including headaches, dizziness, rashes and even pneumonia.

Protesters claim that radiation associated with the wi-fi network suppresses the production of melatonin, a hormone which helps to control sleep patterns, regulates the body’s metabolic rate and boosts the immune system.

While it has seemed an impossible goal for nearly 100 years, scientists now believe that they are on brink of cracking one of the biggest problems in physics by harnessing the power of nuclear fusion, the reaction that burns at the heart of the sun.

In the spring, a team will begin attempts to ignite a tiny man-made star inside a laboratory and trigger a thermonuclear reaction.

Its goal is to generate temperatures of more than 100 million degrees Celsius and pressures billions of times higher than those found anywhere else on earth, from a speck of fuel little bigger than a pinhead. If successful, the experiment will mark the first step towards building a practical nuclear fusion power station and a source of almost limitless energy.

At a time when fossil fuel supplies are dwindling and fears about global warming are forcing governments to seek clean energy sources, fusion could provide the answer. Hydrogen, the fuel needed for fusion reactions, is among the most abundant in the universe. Building work on the £1.2 billion nuclear fusion experiment is due to be completed in spring.

New research shows that the low-cost vitamin Thiamine (vitamin B1) reverses kidney damage in diabetics, restoring the ability of the kidneys to function without allowing proteins to spill over into the urine.

The finding proves that a very low-cost treatment is highly effective and could serve as a low-cost nutritional therapy for diabetics, ultimately saving tens of millions of dollars a year in medical treatment costs in the U.S. alone.

The research was conducted at Warwick University in the UK. Predictably, the UK version of the American Diabetes Association (called “Diabetes UK”) took the new evidence as an opportunity to tell people to avoid nutritional therapies. As reported by the BBC, Dr. Iain Frame said, “We would like to stress that it’s still too early to come to any firm conclusions about the role of vitamin B1 and we would not advise that people look to vitamin supplements to reduce their risk of kidney complications at this stage.”

In other words, it’s the same advice diabetics get in the United States: Don’t you dare use vitamins to enhance and protect your health… use pharmaceuticals instead!

ot only are children in the Gaza Strip losing their parents, missing food, medicines and school, they are being killed.

Israeli forces took the lives of at least 30 children in Gaza since air attacks began on Saturday. A statement issued by the Global Movement for the Defense of Children says its initial reports indicate that another 150 children are injured.

The first children hit en masse were during struck during the beginning of the attacks when they were leaving school. Dozens of school children were raced to area hospitals in Gaza City on Saturday. Among the children killed are the sisters in Jabaliya yesterday and the eight year old boy today in Khan Younis.

The British university movement to boycott Israel wrote in their petition, “‘Children,’ says an Israeli spokeswoman, ‘are legitimate targets because if they inhabit a house allegedly being used to manufacture home-made rockets to fire into Israel, they are ‘terrorists’ themselves.’”

The international children’s agency Global Defense for Children called today on the United Nations Security Council to convene an emergency session. The UNSC has yet to take effective action to force Israel to stop its aggression or apply previous UN resolutions, which include an end to occupation.

Following a day of training on how to gather evidence, they will reportedly have the right to demand the name and address of anyone they see dropping rubbish up to the size of a bin bag .

Offenders who refuse to pay the fine will face prosecution in a magistrates’ court.

Councils already employ professional “bin police” to enforce the 2005 Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act.

Much of the funding is reportedly provided by the “Keep Britain Tidy” charity Environmental Campaigns (Encams), which receives almost all of its £10 million budget from the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

However, it is said that in instructions issued by the Campaign to Protect Rural England, councils have now been advised to recruit volunteers to save money.

The Conservatives said they feared the move could encourage vigilantism. They blamed the Government’s reduction in the number of waste collections.

Drivers will have to declare every 10 years whether they are medically able to get behind the wheel, according to proposals to be set out early in the new year.

For the first time, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) will issue a series of minimum physical and mental requirements motorists must fulfil including eyesight performance and reaction times.

Tests, costing up to £80, will be offered to drivers to check whether they are fit to drive.

Anyone who chooses not to take the tests but declares themselves able to take to the roads will be committing a criminal offence if they fail to meet the established standards.

Climate change over the next 20 years could result in a global catastrophe costing millions of lives in wars and natural disasters..

A secret report, suppressed by US defence chiefs and obtained by The Observer, warns that major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as Britain is plunged into a ‘Siberian’ climate by 2020. Nuclear conflict, mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting will erupt across the world.

The document predicts that abrupt climate change could bring the planet to the edge of anarchy as countries develop a nuclear threat to defend and secure dwindling food, water and energy supplies. The threat to global stability vastly eclipses that of terrorism, say the few experts privy to its contents.

‘Disruption and conflict will be endemic features of life,’ concludes the Pentagon analysis. ‘Once again, warfare would define human life.’

The disinformation by the global financial dailies in the last twelve months as to the cause of the global financial tsunami, serve the same purpose as the global mass media when they perpetuated the lies that lulled the people to support the war criminals Bush, Blair and Howard to launch the barbaric war against Iraq and Afghanistan which resulted in the genocide of millions, the mutilation of hundreds of thousands, physically and psychologically, and the devastation of an entire nation.

The wars unleashed thus far, specifically the “War on Terror” was launched to preserve the shadow money-lenders’ political and military power.

This War on Terror is the greatest military sideshow that distracted the great American people from the financial rape and plunder of their economy and the destruction of their Constitution.

Since the summer of 2007, we have witnessed a concerted effort by the world’s central banks and global commercial and investment banks to preserve the shadow money-lenders’ financial power, one that is founded on fraud and structured in every detail as in the infamous Ponzi scheme.

In the last seven years, the Ponzi scheme was globalised by the Shadow Money-Lenders, siphoning hundreds of billions from so-called sophisticated investors and sovereign wealth funds. At its peak, the Ponzi scheme was estimated to be worth over $500 Trillion, with the Credit Default Swap (CDS) portion just under $60 Trillion!

Hidden behind the headlines of the financial destruction that is sweeping across the globe, lies another story – a dark tale of men who orchestrated the crisis and have amassed enormous wealth and power at the expense of the millions who are now unemployed and whose homes have been foreclosed. This select group of men is in absolute control of the unfolding events.

Who are they?

A teacher who won £250,000 compensation after a pupil tried to strangle him has criticised a ‘can’t touch’ culture in schools after other staff initially refused to intervene.

Colin Adams, 50, was attacked by a 12- year- old boy, who knocked him to the floor before punching and kicking him, and grabbing his neck. But despite other teachers yelling at the boy to stop, no one stepped in to help.

Mr Adams’s ordeal ended only after another teacher eventually came to his aid by forcing the boy’s thumbs back to release his hold. Later, the unnamed teacher admitted to Mr Adams that he was afraid the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, would accuse him of assault.

Tax inspectors have divided England into 10,000 new “localities” with each neighbourhood ranked on the socio-economic class of its residents and environmental factors such as crime and traffic levels.

The inspectors have even purchased demographic data disclosing how many company executives, pensioners or students live in particular streets, The Daily Telegraph has learned.

This has been collated on a secret database which is being used to assess the desirability of neighbourhoods to help determine council tax bills if Labour wins power again at the next election.

Over the last 60 years, ever-smaller generations of transistors have driven exponential growth in computing power. Could molecules, each turned into miniscule computer components, trigger even greater growth in computing over the next 60?

Atomic-scale computing, in which computer processes are carried out in a single molecule or using a surface atomic-scale circuit, holds vast promise for the microelectronics industry. It allows computers to continue to increase in processing power through the development of components in the nano- and pico scale. In theory, atomic-scale computing could put computers more powerful than today’s supercomputers in everyone’s pocket.

The UK has recently introduced a national Internet censorship scheme, a national ID card and is about to spend 12 billion pounds pushing the British population’s web-searches, emails, sms messages and telephone callings records through a central database run by its spy agency, GCHQ. This month saw a secret UK court hearing, with secret participants, produce a secret order to secretly gag the population, the terms of which are secret and the revelation of which is punishable by up to 15 years of imprisonment.
How many of these orders exist is unknowable–we glimpse at the severity of the problem only when the orders are violated.

Tom Cruise is asking for your Valkyrie movie ticket dollars, but spends his money to fund a cult with a similar attitude towards lesser races and global domination. Should the actor be separated from his actions? As a producer of the movie, he earns money from every ticket. Should you care where that money is going?

With not one but three WWII movies out this fall, Jewish moviegoers will be lining up to see at least one of them. Will it be the sophisticated Ralph Fiennes movie The Reader? Or the story of Jewish partisans who founded a resistance in the woods in Defiance? Or the story of the failed assassination attempt on Hitler starring that nice young man who danced in his underwear for us in Risky Business and did impossible things in Mission Impossible?

Valkyrie is getting by far the most press and promotion after being moved up to a December 25th opening to qualify for a 2008 Academy Award in a particularly weak Academy year. Not all of the press has been good for this historical drama with a lead star unable to replicate a German accent for his German role, but a more sinister element has plagued this movie since its inception, when Tom Cruise was cast as Claus von Stauffenberg, a Nazi who attempted to kill Hitler with a briefcase bomb in 1944.

German politicians and the Stauffenberg family immediately objected to Cruise’s casting in the film. Scientology, which Cruise adheres to and actively promotes (and he is also very close to its head, David Miscavige), is considered a dangerous, totalitarian cult in Germany, which has strict laws about the promotion of any such cults. Scientology texts are banned in schools; Scientologists must send their children to Danish schools across the border.

The German government went so far as to ban the use of historical sites related to the actual events of 1944 for filming the movie because of Cruise’s involvement, though repeated attempts by United Artists eventually got the motions overturned. Berthold von Stauffenberg, the son of Cruise’s character, said in a public statement, “Cruise should keep his hands off my father.” Thomas Gandow, a spokesperson for the German Protestant Church, said Cruise’s involvement in the film would “have the same propaganda advantages for Scientology as the 1936 Olympics had for the Nazis” and compared the actor to Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.

The sister ship to the Titanic, the great luxury liner the Lusitania, the worlds largest ship at the time, was leaving New York on May 1st 1915 on its journey to Liverpool, when it was sunk by German submarine U-20, piloted by Kapitan Walter Schwieger. Or was it?

Voltaire said: ” history is a lie commonly agreed on “.

May 1st is a special date in Illuminati archives as the day of Baal/Beltane, the devils day, also chosen to celebrate Russia’s revolution, by its founders, the same U.S banking cartels that fund America and British war efforts.

I first heard this story version many years ago from a senior freemason in London at the Hackney retired Seamen’s Mission; this man‘s father was present at Churchill’s initiation at age 26. Much other relevant info was given, in exchange for a large bottle of Scots whisky.

Many years of research says to me it is true.

The Lusitania’s sinking created outrage, that a passenger ship would be sunk, and was a determining factor in bringing in the U.S.A. onto Britain’s side in W.W.1.

The real story has yet to be told.

Police officers who arrested Damian Green were wearing secret recording devices usually reserved for terror suspects, it emerged today as Scotland Yard’s investigation into the Conservative MP was further discredited.

The Metropolitan Police have been accused of employing heavy-handed tactics and breaching protocol by subjecting the shadow Home Office minister to a nine-hour interrogation as his home and offices were searched as part of a leak inquiry.

Assistant Commissioner Bob Quick, who headed the inquiry, was already under pressure to withdraw from it after accusing the Tories of seeking to undermine a police investigation. The revelation that the Mr Green was recorded without the MP’s knowledge could increase the calls for his removal from office.

The American Dream, An Obituary - The American Revolution was an extraordinary event. The idea that freedom was an inherent right, that tyranny could be successfully opposed, that government could serve the people, not the few, was truly revolutionary in 1776—as it is today.

The American Revolution, however, has run its course; and unless resuscitated and given new life, the American dream and the dreams of America ’s founding fathers will soon be only a memory. Dreams rarely come to pass and those that do rarely last. The American dream is no exception.

What happened in 1776 has been subverted by the passage of time and the inconstancy of later generations. Those who rule America today have subverted the principles enumerated in the US Constitution; principles the Founding Father hoped would guide those who followed them through the crises yet to come.

The principles were not many, e.g. fiscal prudence, sound money, separation of church and state and a limited military and limited government. But even those few and clearly stated principles succumbed over the years to the imposition of policies that had given rise to the need to revolt in 1776.

Now, in 2008, tyranny and government excesses are again upon America , but this time it is by America ’s own hand. The policies of King George III were no more egregious than the policies of President George Bush II.— taxation without real representation, e.g. TARP (80 % Americans opposed), the imposition of policies contrary to the will of the people, e.g. US presence in Iraq and Afghanistan (70 % opposed), and the loss of individual freedoms under the Patriot Act (60 % opposed).

The difference between 1776 and 2008 is that America is now tyrannized not by the King of England but by its own government. Today, the US government does not represent the will of the people. It represents instead the special interests that control the US government through the buying of votes— America is not for sale only because it has already been sold.

The difference between 1776 and 2008 is not only 232 years. It is the difference between the dream of the Founding Fathers and the shadow of that dream in whose increasing darkness Americans now exist.

Thousands of drivers who would have escaped prosecution for collisions after simply swapping insurance details will now face likely prosecution as soon as the police become involved.

An array of trivial motoring offences in addition to minor crashes are also likely to lead to action under proposals to give police powers to issue fixed penalty notices for careless driving.

They could include eating, drinking or smoking at the wheel, reading a map, tuning a radio or arguing with a passenger.

All funds raised from the on-the-spot fines will go directly to the Treasury, which already makes more than £100 million a year from speed cameras.

The proposals triggered fears of a surge in the number of drivers being prosecuted, as happened following the introduction of speed cameras.

Hundreds of children who suffered neglect or abuse at the hands of their parents have been given the green light to sue councils for damages that could total millions of pounds.

Between 200 and 300 cases where councils failed to take children promptly into care are being prepared after a landmark legal ruling, The Times has learnt. The delays in removing children stretch from weeks and months to years in some cases.

This month the Court of Appeal upheld a ruling that Doncaster council must pay compensation to a man who suffered 12 years of abuse by his parents.

The case established for the first time that local authorities are liable for abuse suffered by children if they fail to remove them from harm. The ruling could force hundreds of councils to settle similar claims.
