Population Control To Combat ‘Global Warming’ Advocates Jonathan Porritt

Jonathon Porritt, who chairs the government’s Sustainable Development Commission, says curbing population growth through contraception and abortion must be at the heart of policies to fight global warming. He says political leaders and green campaigners should stop dodging the issue of environmental harm caused by an expanding population.’

Eugenics is back in fashion, man, the Nazi regime darkened it’s name too much for a while but now the sins of the past are forgotten and we’re ready to go “green”, whatever it takes.

Agreed. Apparrently Mr. Porritt believes anyone disagreeing with him on this issue is unable to think for themselves what is really appropriate. Sheesh. I liked the reader’s comment about paying more attn to teenage pregnancies as a higher goal at the Times site.
