“Wirral Council is taking Roger Hayes to Birkenhead county court for non-payment of council tax.

Mr Hayes, chairman of The British Constitution Group, claims the council tax is illegal and imposed without his consent.

His stand has won support from all over the country, and demonstrators travelled miles to protest outside the court building.

But, as judge Michael Peake tried to get the case under way, Mr Hayes repeatedly demanded whether he was “on oath of office”.

Judge Peake insisted it was a “properly constituted court”, and said if Mr Hayes had a complaint it was an issue he could take up later.

But Mr Hayes again asked if he was on oath of office and when he did not get an answer he was happy with, said: “Sir, I am obliged to arrest you for contempt of court and treason.”

Two supporters of Mr Hayes then attempted to make the arrest but were stopped by police.”

Held again at the University of Leeds Conference Auditorium, the 3rd Annual Leeds Exopolitics Expo will be a three day event with each day focusing on a different area of the UFO Disclosure & Exopolitics discourse.

Our theme for 2011 is This Is Disclosure where we take a look at what is being officially released by governments around the world and how it compares to what is already known to researchers through independent investigation and study.

If peoples attitude towards the recent wars our nations have been involved in is anything to go by, then the people - and indeed the media - accept that governments have lied. Yet here we are, waiting for an official announcement, by some fleeting career politician, to tell us - basically, what we already collectively know. Are we at risk of leaving the door open to the next level of mind programming by our elected officials and their corporate handlers? Could the exopolitics and disclosure movement be suffering, too, from a little bit of cognitive dissonance?

So, whats the alternative? One alternative is quite simple. From one perspective, everything the UFO disclosure advocates are doing is disclosure - a new initiative by Stephen Bassett or a new paper by David Griffin - each step is a step along the disclosure path. Governments and the media are not leading the way, they are following the crowd - for various reasons perhaps.

It is up to us all of us to create a new ‘post-disclosure’ future and, it is hoped, that this conference can help to play a part in unfolding that future.

Hollie and Anne Greig have recently been on holiday with friends, during which time their knowledgeable supporters advised Anne to serve Shropshire County Council with a ‘Notice of Claim of Right’ under Common Law. This was done on May 20th and has since caused Shropshire Social Services ’serious indigestion in that ‘they felt that this ‘Notice’ may have caused something to happen to both Anne and Hollie. Coincidentally, Shrewsbury Police, acting on a tip off from the SSS that Anne and Hollie had gone missing, this gave them an excuse in law to force entry into Anne’s home on June 3^rd. Since they did not find any corpse they felt it was necessary to seize Anne’s computer and change the door locks, leaving her unable to enter her home over the weekend, no inventory of items removed has been so far offered. This is also law.

Then later this afternoon June 4^th, at approximately 3.15pm, DCI Bates and DCI Rouse contacted a solicitor and requested a meeting with Anne and Hollie, this subsequently took place at a the solicitors office on the same day, this confirmed they were both alive and well.

How very unusual for two Inspectors to leave the police station for two supposed reported missing persons.
