In an appalling yet sadly not unexpected decision, Keir Starmer the Director for Public Prosecutions, announced yesterday that no one would face charges over the death of Ian Tomlinson.

Tomlinson, a newspaper vendor, was on his way home on 1st April last year, when he fell foul of what can only be called a gang of police, ostensibly there to ’serve and protect’ the public during the G20 protests, and all too eager to mete out agression to any who crossed their path.

Anonymous for a very long time, PC Simon Harwood was caught on video striking Tomlinson and causing him to fall to the ground. Mr Tomlinson died later.

Harwood, in keeping it seems, with many police that day, had elected not to wear identifying insignia. This in itself made revealing him a very difficult task, and one cant help but wonder whether this wasn’t a large part of the motive for so doing.

He and his cohorts apparently steadfastly said nothing despite whatever limp attempts were going on within the police service to discover the culprit, and even after the video footage had come to light Harwood waited a further three days before coming forward to superiors.

The issue here is not merely one of the unnecessary death of a simple working man, although god knows that’s bad enough. It cuts to the core of our drift into a fascist police state, where despite video evidence and multiple witnesses, this officer it seems will not now even face a trial.

What message does this send to the rest of us? That we can forget about any kind of justice wherever misdeeds by the police are concerned. And perhaps more worryingly, what kind of message does it send to the police? Who will now surely look this as even greater Carte Blanche to dispense their own justice as the whim takes them, without a care that they will ever have to answer for their actions.

Clarity of the issue of the insignia and indeed the standing orders of the officer/s commanding that day are paramount. Who ordered that officers should attend without shoulder flash ID? Who ordered the Kettling? Who was in command?

The only chance we have of getting any of these vitally poignant questions answered is in court, under oath and cross-examination.

Accordingly then we MUST press hard for a volte face from the egregious Mr Starmer and DEMAND that PC Harwood stands trial for Mr Tomlinson’s death. Because otherwise, along with Tomlinson’s demise may well be the death of justice in this country and the birth of the Police State proper.

Justice for Ian Tomlinson: Petition

To:  The Director of Public Prosecutions

On the 1st April 2009 London played host to the G20 summit of the world’s most powerful nations. Regardless of whether or not you support the notion of Globalism, the right to peaceful protest should be entrenched in a lawful, peaceful and fair society, and until recently we had thought this was so in our British Isles.

The demonstrations against the G20 brought together people from all walks of life who simply wanted to show their opposition to the trend towards profit at any costs, riches for the few at the expense of the many. During most of the day those protests were good natured and friendly.
As the day wore on into evening however, the mood changed. The police began donning riot gear, despite little in the way of trouble beyond the suspiciously public few who had openly begun smashing bank windows, seemingly for the sole benefit of the assembled press.
The police then proceeded to ‘kettle’ the remaining protesters, a practice of hemming people in without the means to leave, and without access to water or toilet facilities. It has been said that this is a deliberate means by which to provoke an angry response to which the police can then react, thereby justify the heavy police presence and ‘robust’ policing.

Ian Tomlinson was not part of the demonstration in any way, and was simply making his way home through the area. He was assaulted by a police officer who, in the following days refused to come forward and admit his part, until video evidence emerged giving the lie to his silent denial of involvement. Despite this it was a further three days before the officer finally made himself known to superiors.
It’s interesting to note that he, in common with many of those policing the event, apparently were not wearing identifying insignia that day.
Mr Tomlinson died later that day.

Following his death there have been no less than three separate post mortems. The First, carried out by Home Office Pathologist Dr Freddie Patel, can be said to be unreliable even if only because of concerns that Mr Patel had blemished his own reputation: Following Mr Tomlinson’s death Mr Patel was removed from the Home Office register of accredited forensic pathologists pending an inquiry, amid concern into whether he has breached regulations.
It also emerged that the Metropolitan police alerted the Home Office to concerns about Patel’s performance in four suspicious death cases in 2004.

The second post mortem, carried out soon after the first at the behest of the Independent Police Complaints Commission, concluded that Mr Tomlinson died of internal bleeding, a verdict in keeping with the claim that his death was as a direct consequence of the assault on him.
The third was carried out on the orders of the legal team representing the officer seen in the video assaulting Mr Tomlinson.
Tellingly the results of this Post Mortem have not thus far been made public.

Today, 22nd July 2010, Keir Starmer QC, the Director of Public Prosecutions has announced that no police officer will face any charges in connection with the Death of Ian Tomlinson, as he feels there is, …no realistic prospect of a conviction.

Well Mr Starmer that is unacceptable.
In a free, democratic and open society no one should be above the law, and so we the people DEMAND that the officer concerned be brought before a Court
and his guilt or innocence established openly, honestly and lawfully before a jury of his peers.

Sincerely,

Please sign the petition here Justice For Ian Tomlinson Petition and help spread the word far and wide.

H1N1 or so called Swine Flu is not that serious, having significantly less impact than ordinary seasonal flu.
The vaccine however is an entirely different matter.
Those responsible for its’ manufacture have connections to governments across the industrial world who have granted them immunity from prosecution for all adverse reactions, including death.
The criteria defining a Level 6 Pandemic was revised in 2003 significantly lowering the benchmark.
Under the new definiton EVERY year since 1918 would have been a Level 6 Pandemic.
If you are someone coming to this for the first time DO NOT get your swine flu jab until you have done extensive research OUTSIDE the main stream media.

If you are or know someone who is a member of the police or security services, find out the facts fast
and DO YOUR DUTY.
Position within government or society does not place anyone above the law.

And if you are one of those criminals responsible for this assault, be warned.
We are many and you are few.
The tide has turned.

“All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”
Edmund Burke

It seems likely this is an engineered pandemic deisigned to reap huge profits for the drug companies
whilst also advancing a globalist agenda. If along the way, hundreds of thousands of people lose their lives, it appears that there are those for whom this is not too high a price to pay to achieve a global
government.

The film shows that there are a great many awake and aware people who are not going to take this lying down.

Even if you are someone who beleives in vaccines generally, this one is very different. It has been
rushed through without proper testing. It contains, among other ingredients, Thiomersal (Mercury) linked to autism spectrum disorders, and Squalene, strongly linked to Guillane Barre or Gulf War syndrome. The very package inserts state that it should not be given to pregnant women and yet they and the very young have been among the first targeted for the early wave of jabs.
What is going on?

Reported numbers are that over half of all doctors and more than a third of nurses in the UK have said they will not be having it. Given that these figures are reported in the same main stream media which has thus far failed to report the criminal charges brought against vaccine maker, Baxter Inernational for distributing LIVE bird flu within Swine Flu “vaccine”, or the unfolding Pneumonic Plague’ disaster in Ukraine, its safe to assume these numbers are artificially low.

The level 6 pandemic declared by the World Health Organisation in June 2009 triggered clauses within UN treaties signed by ALL nations, to cede control to the WHO/UN in such an event.

Spiegel Online is reporting that German Chancellor Angela Merkel and government ministers will receive a special, additive-free H1N1 vaccine. “The Vakzin [vaccine] does not contain disputed additives — contrary to the vaccine for the remainder of the population,” reports the newspaper.

Here is an English translation of the article.

“Critics argue that Adjuvantien [adjuvants in the vaccine] could lead to increased inoculation reactions such as headache or fever.” The German government elite and the armed forces will receive Celvapan, an adjuvant-free vaccine manufactured by Baxter. The German public will receive a vaccine produced by GlaxoSmithKline with adjuvants.

Employees of the Paul Ehrlich Institute will also get the adjuvant-free vaccine. Johannes Löwer, president of the institute, said in August that the vaccine causes worse side effects than the virus. Löwer’s comment came after German lung specialist Wolfgang Wodarg said the vaccine increases the risk of cancer. The nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells from animals.

Friends.
A few months ago, Austrian journalist Jane Burgermeister filed criminal charges against the World Health Organisation and the UN for the attempted mass murder of hundreds of thousands of us.
A Big Pharma company, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, distributed several kilos of LIVE  “Swine Flu” within doses of alleged vaccine.
Because of the strict controls required to licence production of vaccines, this could not have happened accidentally.
It was only through the vigilance of Czech technicians that it was spotted before doing untold damage.
Baxter have faced no repercussions at all for this crime, and the mainstream media did not even think this worthy of a mention.
It should have been headline news globally.
Following her research, Burgermeister believes we are about to be assaulted by the eugenics policy often discussed by the likes of the Club Of Rome, to ‘cull’ the human population of the planet to a more manageable level, disguised as an immunisation program response to a fake pandemic of their making.
Swine Flu does not, and has never occurred spontaneously in nature. The strain H1N1 can only have been manufactured in a lab, in all probability from re-engineered recovered samples of the 1918 “Spanish” Flu, itself very probably a bio weapon.;
This is a link to an interview recorded with Jane Burgermeister in Vienna last week.
Watch the video, do your research and prepare to say NO to mass immunisation.
If we stand together they cannot succeed.

The Georgia Guidestones may be the most enigmatic monument in the US: huge slabs of granite, inscribed with directions for rebuilding civilization after the apocalypse. Only one man knows who created them—and he’s not talking.
The strangest monument in America looms over a barren knoll in northeastern Georgia. Five massive slabs of polished granite rise out of the earth in a star pattern. The rocks are each 16 feet tall, with four of them weighing more than 20 tons apiece. Together they support a 25,000-pound capstone. Approaching the edifice, it’s hard not to think immediately of England’s Stonehenge or possibly the ominous monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. Built in 1980, these pale gray rocks are quietly awaiting the end of the world as we know it.

Called the Georgia Guidestones, the monument is a mystery—nobody knows exactly who commissioned it or why. The only clues to its origin are on a nearby plaque on the ground—which gives the dimensions and explains a series of intricate notches and holes that correspond to the movements of the sun and stars—and the “guides” themselves, directives carved into the rocks. These instructions appear in eight languages ranging from English to Swahili and reflect a peculiar New Age ideology. Some are vaguely eugenic (guide reproduction wisely—improving fitness and diversity); others prescribe standard-issue hippie mysticism (prize truth—beauty—love—seeking harmony with the infinite).

What’s most widely agreed upon—based on the evidence available—is that the Guidestones are meant to instruct the dazed survivors of some impending apocalypse as they attempt to reconstitute civilization. Not everyone is comfortable with this notion. A few days before I visited, the stones had been splattered with polyurethane and spray-painted with graffiti, including slogans like “Death to the new world order.” This defacement was the first serious act of vandalism in the Guidestones’ history, but it was hardly the first objection to their existence. In fact, for more than three decades this uncanny structure in the heart of the Bible Belt has been generating responses that range from enchantment to horror. Supporters (notable among them Yoko Ono) have praised the messages as a stirring call to rational thinking, akin to Thomas Paine’s The Age of Reason. Opponents have attacked them as the Ten Commandments of the Antichrist.

Every square inch of available ground in Todmorden is being dug up and turned into a vegetable plot.

Red-ribbed chard decorates the kerbside of A646 to Halifax and fruit trees are thriving in dustbins in the backyards of artisans’ cottages. Even floral displays, which once helped the town take second place in Britain in Bloom in the small-town class, have given way to edible plants. Commuters passing through its tiny station are urged to bring scissors to crop herbs from planters on the platform.

Mary Clear, Todmorden’s community development worker and a founder of the “Incredible Edible Todmorden” project, said: “Why pay the supermarket £1 when you can have it fresh for free?”

Consider a world in which the air is clean, the water pure, and the landscape unmolested but replete with verdurous splendour. A world, bereft of the virulence of the malevolent gods, home to an enlightened people united in compassion and existing in cooperation; a global palace of abundance, of universal satiety and unfettered happiness. Such a paradise could only be possible in the absence of money. And the abolition of money could only be made possible in the absence of the toxic few that currently reside aloft the pyramidal power structure.

They are the puissant elite, the nefarious puppeteers of humanity. Money forms the strings they pull. Money is perhaps their greatest tool of manipulation; It is one of the most efficient and potent means of mass coercion and is a blight unto this earth.

A money-less society would be a society free from greed, corruption, complacency, and slavery. It would be a societal paradigm in which the life of no individual is wasted in monotony and no individual is irresistibly compelled into undertaking any immoral or anti-natural activity. The individual would embrace that which they love and be emancipated from the bondage and drudgery of commercialism and the immutable quest for pecuniary gain. With the eradication of the artificial paradigm of money would end the oppressive and aberrant plague of aeons.

It is testament to the stupidity of mankind, his manipulation, and his inexorable slavish penchant that money has been permitted for so long. Instead of maintaining an Eden, he has raped and pillaged the fruits of Mother Earth in money’s name thus creating destruction, infecundity and desolation. This world could be a paradise but instead it is a sewer; a cesspit where the paragon masters of toxicity reign supreme over their well-trained hordes of mephitic automatons.

Money is a greed catalyst and brutality amplifier. In the minds of men where thoughts of money would be absent morality, instead, would occupy the fore. The person who lusts for money is adversary to the person who lusts for harmony.

The actions of those held sway by their acquisitive desire for money are often vile and rarely compassionate. Money promotes egoism and is a strong encourager of the lust of one man to overtake his fellow man in power and control. Could anything be viler than that anomalous ambition of man to hold his compeers in conceited servitude? The desire for money is the desire for the capacity to dominate and sway others at will. Following an apocalypse, the rich man, being the only survivor, once he has emerged from his slave-built bunker, would find his pecuniary wealth to no longer hold value and thus would be forced to enter into the real world; the real world in which nature, alone, dictates where value is held, not the damaged and bastardised minds of the selfish and indolent. Money only has a perceived value and represents an artificial paradigm. Furthermore, the system of money is a brutal and hegemonic system which permits no other under threat of violence and death. The person wishing to live divorced from money must usually first be forced to use money as a means of exit, and such an exit would unlikely be absolute but certainly extremely limited.

“Off with their heads” and “man the barricades” the cries of the famed “sans culottes” rang out and sent shivers down the spines of the doomed Bourbon dynasty way back then. These poor yet determined revolutionary men fighting for a semblance of social justice and disparagingly referred to as “without knee breaches” by the ruling royals and aristocracy seem to reverberate in today’s urban European settings.

220 years after the French revolution, scenes somewhat reminiscent of the almost long forgotten revolts, are again visible on the streets of Paris. They appear to be   pre revolutionary in their scope and political impact. The fall out from all this maybe like a horror film come true for those at the top.

Unions of all sorts have mobilised in protest of what is perceived as anti social   government policy of President Nicolas Sarkozy, or a final assault on what remains of the welfare state, decimated by decades of rampant and reckless ultra liberalism which has since run amok. This has paralyzed the country by widespread strike action. From rail to air, transport has been virtually halted. Public employees and their union members fearing for the security of their jobs and anticipated state imposed reforms in the public sector have made many in French angst ridden.

What if the doomsayers are right … what if society, as we know it, really is about to collapse? Do you have what it takes to make it in a world without electricity and running water? Tanya Gold offers an essential survival guide

Inspired by global economic developments, I’ve been thinking recently about doing without money. Not in a bad way. Oh no: I’m planning to do very well indeed without money – perhaps turn myself into Mr Big. And the method I intend to use, now that money has dried up everywhere, is . . . barter.

I realise it will not be easy. When I started doing this, I phoned the council to ask about settling my tax bill by barter, and an official said: “We allow direct debit, cash, cheque, credit card. But barter? It’s unheard of, sir.”

My accountant had warned me about this: only inheritance tax, he said, could be settled with goods, such as an oil painting. But I persisted, telling the man from the council that if I failed to pay my bill the council would send bailiffs to confiscate goods to the same value – a kind of forced barter after the fact.

What could I offer? A vast sackful of apples and other produce from my allotment, a selection of silk ties (rarely used), large piles of novels (good condition) and some amazing home-baked cakes.

He was unmoved. Perhaps I could work for the council instead – sweep the streets; paint a portrait of the mayor? “It’s a very ingenious proposal,” the official said, “but I don’t want to waste your time.”

I know what you’re thinking: barter is useless. But you may be mistaken. Because an astonishingly large proportion of the global trade in goods and services is barter-based, to protect traders against alarming currency fluctuations.

In one of the most famous examples, Pepsi took profits from Soviet Russia in the form of vodka. The largest barter of all time took place last year: China agreed to build massive infrastructure in the Democratic Republic of Congo in exchange for copper and cobalt supplies worth an estimated £6 billion. About the same time, Saudi Arabia and Iran agreed with Pakistan and Thailand, respectively, to swap oil for food.

As a middle class American, it’s been difficult for me to understand how we are supposed to make a living when there are so many things working against us. How can we go on day after day with the rising cost of food, fuel, utilities, car insurance, taxes and health care, while dealing with the insecurity of unemployment? In the past, whenever I considered these things, I felt a hopeless sense of impending doom in the pit of my stomach. There is so much talk about how to solve these issues, but nothing ever seems to stop the downward spiral of struggle and stress that millions of folks are experiencing.

Like many working people, my life went along fine during the 1980s. I had a good paying job ($42,000 a year) and though I didn’t enjoy the kind of work I was doing as an industrial draftsman, receiving a steady paycheck every week kept me going without much complaint. But then came the Gulf War in the 1990s and after that point I faced nine layoffs over the span of 10 years. By the time September 11 happened, I hadn’t been able to maintain steady employment in the petrochemical industry for over a decade. I would work about three or four months, then back again to the unemployment line.

It was at this point that I realized that something was wrong. The life strategy I had grown up to believe in was no longer working and there didn’t seem to be any answers. Obviously no one was going to get me out of this, so I decided I needed to take matters into my own hands and figure out a way to redefine my basic approach to living.

“I HAVEN’T paid an electricity bill since 1970,” says Richard Perez with noticeable glee. He can afford to be smug. While most of us fretted over soaring utility bills this year, he barely noticed. Nor is he particularly concerned about forecast price hikes of 30 to 50 per cent in 2009.

Perez, a renewable-energy researcher at the University at Albany, State University of New York, lives “off-grid” - unconnected to the power grid and the water, gas and sewerage supplies that most of us rely on. He generates his own electricity, sources his own water and manages his own waste disposal - and prefers it that way. “There are times when the grid blacks out,” he says. “I like the security of having my own electricity company.”

Perez is not alone. Once the preserve of mavericks, hippies and survivalists, there are now approximately 200,000 off-grid households in the US, a figure that Perez says has been increasing by a third every year for the past decade. In addition, nearly 30,000 grid-connected US households supplement their supply with renewables, according to the non-profit Interstate Renewable Energy Council. In the UK there are around 40,000 off-grid homes: the number has also risen in recent years due to escalating house prices and now to more expensive home loans, both of which have driven buyers far from conventional utility networks in search of properties they can afford.

For people who live off-grid, self-sufficiency means guilt-free energy consumption and peace of mind. “It feels brilliant to use clean, free energy that’s not from fossil fuels,” says Suzanne Galant, a writer who lives off-grid in rural Wales. “And if something goes wrong, we can fix it ourselves.” Now even urbanites are seeing the appeal of generating some if not all of their own power needs. So is energy freedom an eco pipe-dream or the ultimate good life?

‘ Alzheimer’s used to be primary diagnosed in people over 65, but now it’s suddenly appearing in hundreds of thousands of people who are merely in their 40’s.

Why is this happening?

Though the conventional medical industry won’t admit this, the real reason why Alzheimer’s is striking people in their 30’s and 40’s is because of lifelong exposure to toxic chemicals that affect brain function. Those chemicals include the very pharmaceuticals that doctors are prescribing patients to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer’s, by the way. They also include the toxic chemicals in foods, household cleaners and personal care products’

Israel went back on a pledge to ease its blockade of the Gaza Strip on Thursday, turning away critical deliveries of fuel and food at the borders for the seventh consecutive day.

In reneging on its pledge, Israel blocked delivery of United Nations food aid intended for 750,000 Palestinians.

Gaza was plunged into darkness as the territory’s only power plant shut down at 6:00pm local time due to a lack of fuel. Just before dark, Palestinans went into the streets in a frantic search for candles and bread.

As night fell, sirens sounded accross the Gaza Strip in protest of the closure.

Earlier in the day, 20 European consuls who planned to visit Gaza were turned away at the Erez border crossing. Aid workers were also denied entry to the Strip and medical patients were prevented from entering Israel for treatment.

John Ging, the director of UN operations in Gaza, warned of an impending “humanitarian disaster” if Israel continues to bar food and other supplies from the territory.

“We cannot describe the situation in the Gaza Strip except as a terrible and terrifying one. There are 750,000 refugees who depend on what we offer them in food supplies. Israel is preventing us from distributing these supplies,” he told Ma’an.
